Used this location to cater a lunch at an office less than a mile away. I ordered two of their Mini luncheon platters, which comes with mini croissant sandwiches, 2 sides, and cookies. I ordered two of these, because each platter feeds 10 people and I needed to feed 20, this is important later. Since I bought 2 platters, I bought 4 total sides. When I got to the office after CSC delivered the food, I noticed they only had two sides, chips and a pasta salad, and were missing two additional sides and another order of their cookies. To make matters worse, they only had 12 bags of chips, which didn’t make much sense, since there was a headcount of 20. I called them to ask them to bring an additional two sides, and to bring 8 more bags of chips since they were short 8 bags. They gave me a wait time of 20 minutes before they would be able to come back and deliver the two sides. Due to their lack of attention to detail, they were choosing to make me wait and the office wait for their additional food. Finally, the CSC delivery guy came with the additional sides. When I was given the bag he delivered, he only had ONE additional side which was the same exact side (pasta salad) they brought already. So we were still missing a SECOND side, unless they were counting bags of chips as two sides, as which in this case they were still short. They brought additional bags of chips, but only 6 bags, instead of 8. So instead of a total of 20 bags, we had a total of 18, still 3 short. I ended up calling them again to tell them they still owed me another side, or owed me two more bags of chips because the headcount wasn’t adding up. When I reached a manager, she ended up saying she was going to get another manager and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and an absolutely terrible experience. I will make sure I never use this location again, and the doctor’s office I was visiting were audibly annoyed by this lack of customer service, and were saying they will not be visiting this location either. Terrible management, and quite...
Read moreHi guys, I’m never ever someone who usually writes a review, however I feel the need to do so after what my husband and I witnessed while we were eating dinner tonight. I know that my husband and I got to the location approximately 35-45 minutes prior to closing, so maybe that played a role with tension in the environment, however with me having experience as a server in restaurants, I know very well that you shouldn’t be giving an attitude to a client let alone be arguing/yelling at your employees, especially when there’s customers in your building hearing EVERYTHING.
I didn’t get the lady’s name , unfortunately but I’m going to be assuming it was the lead or manager who was closing tonight. When she was taking our order , I just wanted to make sure she understood that on one of our orders we wanted just lettuce and the other order the lettuce and tomato. She responded with a little bit of sass saying she knew but she needed to order things up separately. I held my tongue and proceeded to just wait for our drinks .
Later after we received our food and began eating , my husband and I began to hear an argument beginning to go on in the back and it got VERY LOUD and it definitely made us feel uncomfortable. I understand there can be tension with closing, or maybe there has been tension already in between employees. Point is, it isn’t right to be yelling at your employees especially when there’s customers present. One of the employees , we believe named Jason, noticed we were in a bit of a shock from what we were hearing and he was so kind and apologetic about it all. It’s not fair for your employees and it’s not fair to your customers. Just treat others with more kindness and respect when you are a manager/lead and vice versa as an employee. It will reflect the kind of business...
Read moreTook mom for lunch asked for crossaint to be toasted they did so it was AMAZING.
Lunch was so AMAZING we wanted to take whole family back for dinner to get same thing. The cashier argued with us stating they cannot toast the crossaint unless we ordered the melt. We advised we didn't want cheese (allergy). I advised we had just came for lunch and rep toasted for us I even offered to provide receipt rep refused to accept. Finally I advised we drove 45 minutes to Hixson due to Hamilton place closing early we even brought sister who was first time customer. I asked for manager (obviously not available) I hear laughing in kitchen and cashier screamed just toast the bread. The cook refused said I'm not allowed so there was a literal screaming match. Cook stormed out of kitchen grabbed a business card at register knocking the whole stack over. He literally called manager to scream at him/her.
Needless to say they toasted bread not whole sandwich as we requested. $45 + later we hurried our dinner because we came at closing and rudly rushed out again by cook he paced back and forth in front of our table. He let us out door we said thanks for toasting our bread he said yeah I was told to. Not thank you have a nice day nothing.
Building/food good but needs COMPLETE NEW NIGHT STAFF!!!
Cashier saw us praying over our food and immediately changed her attitude and was kind toward us.
Probably last time for us unless it's lunch time.
