Understandably you are going to have mistakes made when you hire young people to run your business, but when going back to correct a problem and you get treated like scum of the earth.....WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN. Asked for an iced coffee or something similar (as new to your establishment with lack of menus and your staff not knowing what's on your menu), they gave me an Americano with 4 ice cubes in it, so basically colored water. On my return to correct this, was greeted by one of your workers (whom is a larger woman of color) and was treated so badly, with such extreme attitude and no patience and basically told me "I can't fix your problem, there is a menu right there..." extremely rude and unhelpful it ruined what I was expecting to be a pleasant experience and got me quite upset I took the time to post the review. Drink was fixed for a cold brew, which I appreciate but lack of empathy and feeling like I was to blame for the mistake because the girl at the window could not list off the items on the menu for cold coffees e.g. nitro, cold brew, etc. Then asked if it had flavors I said no, it had coconut milk and the overly large woman got pissed and was like "oh it does have flavor" I took concern to this and ended up throwing my drink away because what came with the attitude I am not sure if my remade drink is safe to consume.
We have a lot of coffee spots here in Chattanooga and being in the south would think we have some southern hospitality, but not here. I would recommend supporting your local coffee house, at least I will now and go out of my way to get to them after...
Read moreI get it. I guess their schtick is to jut out the drive thru window and chat from the moment you pull up until the moment you leave. Unique, I guess, but at the same time a bit annoying and time consuming. Getting off work from an all nighter shift and pulled up to the drive thru to pick up some coffee for the wife at home. Tired, sleepy, in need of a shower….the last thing I want to do is chat. This dude pops up as soon as I stop and starts small talking about stuff. I politely give short answers in an attempt to show I’m not really in the mood to chat, and that seems to make it worse. I just want to get my items and go about my way but can’t. I may add this guy two cars in front of me must have loved it because he sat there running his coffee hole for what seemed like 5 minutes AFTER he already got his order. Imagine being a person wanting to get to work and being next in line to that junk? Either way the coffee was ok but now I literally have to drive on to the next place. Read moreOriginal review 11/2023:Stopped during grand opening and tried the Golden Eagle and The Aftershock. I ordered the Golden Eagle half sweet and that was perfect. The Aftershock had a nice sour taste. The staff was very friendly and working hard to help everyone during the rush. They paid special attention to me and my pups and got us pup cups as well. Looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu.
Edit 12/31: We went back and tried again, the sodas this time, and experienced what a lot of what reviewers were saying with long wait times, not a good system for taking orders in order of arrival, drinks that were over sweetened or just so so. The staff is working hard here but the system seems poorly planned. The other thing is that no prices are posted on the app or website and so when you get in line and get the chance to order, you basically pay what they tell you to pay which feels like a bait and switch.
