I had my wedding here. There wasn’t a member of their staff to be found the entire day. A member of my family was given a phone number on a microscopic piece of paper and told if he needed anything to call them and they’d “come back”. Well first, no one was there to direct vendors or bar staff and the family member with the piece of paper couldn’t stick around all day, then, we were supposed to have our first look and photos done in their barreling room. No one was there and all the doors were locked to the back room so we had to have our first look in the parking lot because vendors were still setting up the main room. I then discussed doing a tour during the reception but no one from their staff was there to do one. THEN, as the sun went down the lights needed to be changed to a dimmer setting. I walked around in my wedding dress looking for staff trying to find this little piece of paper with the guys number on it while looking for light switches which I never found so we had blinding lights all night long. It was absolutely miserable. Lastly, they said the venue would be cleaned. I stepped into the venue and within 20ft the entire bottom of my white gown was black. I had about three inches of black bar tar around my dress before the event even started. I then had to change early into my late night outfit since my dress was ruined and four inches of those pants were black within the hour and ruined both my dress and my jumpsuit. Do...

Amazing experience with Chattanooga Whiskey Event Hall and team! After having to change venues due to Covid-19, Lindsey and her team were more than accommodating. They helped me every step of the way - through the re-planning, details leading up to the big day, and on the day of our wedding. Lindsey answered every question I had (and there were a lot!) and helped us get in contact with one of our vendors when we ran into an issue during setup. Although Lindsey was not my coordinator, I truly felt like I could go to her (in addition to my day of coordinator) for anything I needed. The event space was perfect for our 155 guests - we had plenty of room to host the wedding and reception in one place. Great and centrally-located event venue for a reasonable price! My wife and I hosted a ~100-guest "Welcome to Town" evening event at the Chatt Whiskey Event Hall on a Friday night and this was a perfect location - we were able to close off one of the parking lots and have a food truck+tent and 2 bounce houses for kids, while guests could also spend time inside drinking from the amazing bar and hanging in the space. Tracey and her team were incredibly helpful and accommodating in making sure we had all the details around bartenders, purchasing alcohol, insurance, etc figured out.
