✨ A Meat Lover's Paradise: Rodizio Grill! ✨ If you're on the hunt for a dining experience where the steaks are out of this world, Rodizio Grill is your destination. The variety of steaks is incredible, each more delicious than the last, even if I couldn't pronounce half their names. Every bite was a culinary delight, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chicken was decent, but let's be honest, it was overshadowed by those amazing steaks. The glazed pineapple, though, is something you must try—it's heavenly. 🍍 One taste, and you'll feel like you're on cloud nine. The fresh mozzarella balls were a hit, so creamy and delicious. The cheese bread was pretty good too. However, the French fries (whatever fancy name they have) were a bit of a letdown—stale and hard. But hey, not everything can be perfect. The seating was a mixed bag. The booth was a bit low for my taste, but the chairs were super comfortable, so it balanced out. What really made our visit exceptional was the fantastic service. Huge shoutout to Cynthia, Kila, Layla, Alex, Andreas, Moe, and the manager, Aliyah. They were all amazing and made us feel so welcome. Cynthia’s energy was contagious, Kila kept our drinks filled, Layla was as charming as can be, Alex guided us through the menu like a pro, Andreas kept us laughing, and Aliyah ensured everything was perfect. And Moe? Super cool and incredibly helpful in describing the steaks, making the experience even better. In short, the food at Rodizio Grill is fantastic, but it’s the wonderful staff that made our night truly special. If you’re in Chattanooga, you’ve got to check this place out. You won’t regret it!

First time at this location. We drove about 2 hours to this location since our normal one was shut down a few years ago. It was my wife’s and my 10th marriage anniversary so we were excited. We were greeted and sat down fast. The cooks were nice and the clean-up crew visited us often to clean up extra plates. The server, Seth, only came to our table one time during the hour we were there. Our drinks remained empty for the entire meal. The table in front of us and behind us were getting free desserts and he never once asked if we wanted desserts too. We actually wanted to pay for upgraded desserts and upgraded drinks but we were never asked because he literally saw us one time. We finished eating and within 3-5 minutes a whole new server came over to give us our checks. We were wondering why we were seeing a whole new waiter for the first time in an hour. Just disappointed overall. I just think communication needs to take place when you randomly switch servers. I tipped a lot lower than normal because the new server was on the receipt he gave us. It was odd for me to tip the new server for only 30 seconds of service which was to hand us our receipt at the end. We make great money and we wanted to spend more but the restaurant missed out on making our day special. We didn't even get a goodbye or thank you for coming while other tables who kept getting free desserts did. We paid, got up, and walked out wondering what was happening. However, the atmosphere was quiet with only a few tables so the crowd noise was low and nice. We will try the other nearby location in a few weeks.

I went to Rodizio for a late lunch early dinner. We chose this time because of the lower price and because the Brazilian experience can be filling, so we wanted to eat earlier in the day. We were the only customers for about 30 minutes. The wait staff was excellent and very attentive. There were 2 gals working. One was in the kitchen and the other on the floor. The salad bar was well stocked. The BLT salad was not fresh, but everything else I tried was good. The hot bar was lacking. The food under the lamps was minimal @ best and dried out. The food in the lidded pans were not kept up to a serving temperature. We both found them to be lukewarm. The meats were also dry. Shout out to the 2 gals running the show. As more customers came in they did their best to keep drinks made and filled. The kitchen gal helped serve the meats. She also put more on to have fresher options. The hot bar didn't get refilled at any time while we were there. We've eaten many times at Brazilian restaurants at a later lunch time and have never felt like we were eating leftover lunch. Sadly, here we did. This experience was not worth the price charged. The restaurant was super clean and a really nice space. The wait staff were terrific, but the food itself would keep me from going here again.

Not what I was expecting at all... I walked 3.5 miles and stopped here to eat with a friend. It says Brazilian steak house. But it’s actually a buffet at 26.99 and different meats on sticks come out and are carved to plate. I felt totally duped after getting seated and told how it works. It’s 26.99 for a buffet! With powdered eggs! And army style bacon. Oh I got pictures my friends. I truly thought I could come and get a nice 6oz filet of steak with no sides. Nope! completely opposite of what I wanted; and I wanted the least table interaction and here it’s a rotation of different people bringing steaks to table or chicken. They have waffles on buffet. Due to my limitations in eating; I totally wanted a 6 oz medium steak only. Before eating here check to see if you like this arrangement of eating cause it’s not for everyone. The bill came out to 55.50 for two people. One salad bar, one meat bar with a limeade. I am completely disappointed in the experience of this, “Brazilian steak house”. All the employees were nice; it’s the whole buffet without steaks that I was disappointed in.

Wow, where do I even begin with Rodizio Grill?! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was as lively as a carnival, and the aroma of sizzling meats filled the air like a delicious symphony. But let's talk about the real star of the show: Jackson, the server extraordinaire! This guy deserves a gold medal for his impeccable service and infectious enthusiasm. Not only did he expertly guide us through the endless parade of meats, but he also kept the laughs coming with his witty jokes and charming personality. As for the food, well, let's just say I'm still dreaming about those perfectly grilled cuts of meat. Each bite was like a flavor explosion in my mouth, leaving me craving more with every skewer that passed by. If you're looking for a dining experience that's equal parts delicious and entertaining, look no further than Rodizio Grill. And be sure to ask for Jackson – he'll make sure your night is filled with laughter, joy, and a whole lot of meat!"
