This has been a total disaster!! I was side swiped 7/13/23, and we took our F150 STX truck in for an estimate on 7/14. The initial estimate was to replace the side of the truck bed and repaint it. There were some other issues that needed to be fixed but the bed was the biggest one. We took it in on 7/18 for the repair and someone else wrote up an “amended” estimate for an F150 Lariat truck (not the truck we have) and to repair the side of the bed not replace it. Initially the repair was to take two weeks. FIVE weeks later we were told that it was ready. It cost us an extra week of rental car fees that insurance wouldn’t cover plus 2 weeks without a replacement vehicle. We went to pick the truck up on 8/23/23, and the bed of the truck looked like it was on crooked! Derrick said he would get his guy to work on it and straighten it out. Today, 9/4/23, we were told that the part was on back order!!!! And it’s still listed as a Lariat! Derrick said we can have the truck and they will call us when the part comes in which means when it does, we will be out of a vehicle for another 2-3 weeks (if we are lucky.) They had the truck for a couple of months and had to repaint it twice. I came back several times for inspections, and it failed each time as they did not wheel the paint out after painting so it was covered in orange peel. They finally got it close enough to “halfways” decent that I reluctantly decided to take it after more than a month and a half of aggravating displeasure dealing with them. I have done better bodywork myself in my own amateur garage. I would avoid this place and go to the local ace hardware store and buy a rattle can, and fix it yourself before I took it to this overpriced garage, run by a bunch of buffoons who don’t know what...
Read moreOnly giving one star in order to say how bad my experience was. My truck was involved in a minor fender bender, we turned the truck in and received it back after 41 days. On day 42 I returned the truck to show the management paint damage that was caused in their shop, as well as the front bumper that was never fixed. They agreed to fix the paint chip and replace the bumper. No apology or reason given as to why they take your vehicle apart and let it sit for a month and a half while they order parts and try and find time to fix it. By the time this is done, my truck will have been in their possession for seven weeks. If you take your vehicle here and wind up angry, and pulling your hair out over the situation.
