Seems like a nice place came in to talk to the owner and let him know that I work with debit and credit card processing and delivery services I also work with online integration cash advances loans just things for business owners in my area I've been doing this for over 10 years and moved to his area 2 years ago I've been by since then and these two years and all three times have been cussed out completely without even getting out what he should be interested in or what I'm there to do he didn't even want to take my flyer I mean I'm a pretty simple guy I'm leaving your information so you can go over it when you have free time and if you're interested call me if not that's okay There is literally no reason to cuss me out or kick me out of your business. Also I was just trying to let him know that I live in the exact same apartment complex that he lives in and I just wanted to make myself known to him and get to know him I've ordered from his deli before but I've never ate them and usually send my wife because I don't want to be cussed out just for picking up food now I'm at the point of wondering what the hell is this guy's problem and I really want to know why he felt the need to treat me the way he is treated me cuz I've never been treated this way and over 10 years by anyone especially somebody that I...

I stumbled upon this place after taking a friend to a thrift shop nearby. I hadn't really spent much time in the area and was looking for somewhere to grab lunch that wasn't a fast food joint or a chain. You could almost miss this place because it's so unassuming. Something about a great deli sandwich and dill pickle sounded perfect to us.

Oh man, this place did not disappoint. First, you walk in and are greeted by a casual, unpretentious restaurant with a deli counter toward the back. It's a neighborhood spot that serves locals and isn't trying to impress, which I think is a good thing.

I was excited to see a traditional Reuben on the menu — I hadn't had one in ages. I'm glad I took the chance because it was by far one of the best Reubens I've ever had. There were plenty of other delicious options, so I look forward to trying them all on future visits.

The staff was friendly as well - pretty sure it was Nick himself who served us. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to bring my Chicago family here the next...

My mother went in to order a couple sandwiches. They only added extra mayo and barely toasted the bread for one sandwich. He continued to yell and belittle my mom while she ordered, embarrassed, but saying nothing throughout the whole process. She gets to her destination, and her sandwich bread is wrong. She calls back the owner, whom proceeds to say "so what? That's the orginal bread that comes on it. What do you want me to do about it? & you didn't say this type of bread" when he made the other sandwich with the said bread. He then proceeded to argue about how it's not his fault that we drove so far after the fact, and didn't have the time to go back. He then hung up on my mom while she was telling him she would come back after work. Livid would be an understatement, especially since she went to this restaurant for years. Friendly service has never been given to my mom apparently, and she only praises this place. I had to hear how he talked to her on the phone, which is unacceptable. Small business or not,...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hidden Gem Alert! I stopped by Nick’s Deli in Hixson and grabbed a roast beef and pastrami sandwich to go—and WOW. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly stacked. The place itself is super simple, no frills, but that’s part of the charm. You can tell they focus on quality food and great service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re ever in the area and craving a solid deli sandwich, do not skip this spot. Support small businesses like this—you won’t regret it! 💬 I’m also sharing reviews and travel/food finds on my page, so if you love discovering awesome local spots, give me a follow and like my posts! I’d love to connect with other food lovers. 📸🥪✨
