Central Park — Restaurant in Chattanooga

We went here because a friend told me that it was a good place to eat & we never went. However me and my boyfriend did not have a good experience the guy in the window that was taking our order which his name is on the receipt so i’m gonna call him out John B and he was not very friendly while he was taking our order. He was catching an attitude & rushing us to order. I went up to the window and I’ve never been here so I didn’t know how the whole thing worked as far as waiting there the whole time until your food is done. Which is weird how they have two windows but everyone uses one & then they get frustrated with the person in the window because one window is backed up maybe they should put signs up to use both lanes or come outside to take orders so the person in the window has a good experience.We wanted to order more but with that customer service we decided not to because we didn’t feel comfortable giving the place anymore money and honestly, we spent about 40 bucks on some average food. Won’t be coming back. I will give the business a tip though be careful who you put in the window taking orders customer service...

The prices used to be great at this place but have gone up considerably in the past year. The food quality is still better than any fast food chain, but unfortunately you don't get much for your money anymore so I don't stop by as often. The redneck working at the drive through was nice to my dogs, but kind of annoying. I appreciate the nugs' for the dogs, but I don't need Cletus telling me how to disperse them among the pooches and sounding upset because I didn't feel the need to tip him on my credit card receipt for handing me a bag with food in it that works out to cost just under a dollar a bite. I was actually impressed with how thinly they slice their tomatoes. It was practically transparent on the small frozen chicken patty they used with a small piece of lettuce. They must use a slicer since they are razor thin. I would give it four stars if the prices were better since they do what they do well with the lower quality ingredients they use, but at their current prices you're just getting a snack for the...

What used to be the place to go is no more. What was supposed to be a little experience for my daughter and I kinda like a blast from the past for me and a little taste of the past for my daughter turned into a horrible experience. Food was burnt fries were cold and the tea tasted like a old basement 🤢 the girl taking the order was rude and disrespectful and awkwardly stared at my daughter the whole time and when I started to say thank you before I could get it out the window shuts. 1.
