Honestly I don't even want to give one star. My Fiance bought my ring from Salmas and proposed to me January 27 2024 , the ring has one custom made moss agate crystal in the center accented by opal and moisanite. The ring didn't fit perfect so we had it resized and the ring was back to us quick. Within days of having the ring back, one of the opals had fallen out and we had to go back to Salmas. We live in AL and had to drive an hour or more out each trip. This fix took longer , about 3 weeks and the 2 opals in the ring were each different looking but at this point my fiance and I were still satisfied with our experience, just a little on edge because the opal fell out after 2 days of wearing the ring. Once we got the ring back a second time, I wore it for another day and the opal came out AGAIN. This was where we lost our satisfaction. We drove back to salmas and my fiance requested a refund on the ring because we no longer trusted salmas to make this ring for us right. Salmas refused to give us a refund, and offered a diamond necklace valued about half of the ring instead. This was an engagement ring they messed up on mind you. Something very special. Not a channel diamond necklace. After leaving the store that time, a moisionite had fallen out shortly after, so now I have an engagement ring that is missing two stones and needs rebuilt.

We are extremely unhappy with our experience and are taking the ring to be rebuilt else where. I cannot wear the ring and have had it four 4 months ( not worn for even a month since being engaged between repairs) which is embarrassing for me and my fiance who paid for the ring. I am hurt that salmas tried to fix the problem with a necklace I wouldn't even wear. An engagement ring is symbolic. Hey everyone! We are back for the 3rd time of salmas “fixing” our ring. Within a WEEK the opals fall out. Everytime. They claim “they are always here to help.” Well thank god because you’re going to need it! They will also place all the blame on you saying “well you gave us a poor design” I am a 29 year old man who walked in a hack job of jewelry company with a picture from Google. I did not design this ring, you can easily find it on Google and I bet that company builds it just fine…. They have offered to fix it a fourth time but we will be going to a reliable jewelry store from here as we are done giving them the chance, and no longer trust Salmas. I made a huge financial mistake coming to Salmas Jewelry. They will sell you overpriced garbage materials then continue to fix it as many times as you let them. It’s sad, I filled a complaint with the BBB and I’m trying to warn all of you! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME! You’ll be sold garbage that constantly falls apart and then the blame will be placed on you as they “fix it” for weeks. This shop has had our ring more than my finance has gotten to wear it… yall should be ashamed, Everyone stay far away… my fiancés review is a few reviews down, we are time stamping the failure of quality this company provides.
