Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I tried to order food at the Hamilton place location about a week and a half ago, around 3 in the afternoon, on a wednesday. I ordered an old school., “medium” in a combo.They weren’t very busy. Cook placed food on grill after putting bun into toaster. Bun was completely toasted before he turned meat. He shoved back into toaster and by the time he pulled it out it was burned to a crisp. Wasn’t brown. It was black. To the point of as he was putting the meat on it large pieces of the burnt bread were falling off. I asked if he was really going to serve a burnt sandwich and he said yeah why.. needless to say I requested a refund. With the young lady who claimed to be a manager looking at me like I was dumb. Sorry I ordered food, not kibbles for my pup. On top of that I called the corporate headquarters phone number the same day of occurrence. Two years ago I decided to take a chance with this restaurant, I immediately fell in love with the Philly cheese steak sandwich.this has now became my favorite place to eat at when I go to the mall.they have so many sandwiches to choose from, and all of their sandwiches are good you can get whatever you like added to your sandwich mushrooms, onion, jalapenos, you can even ask them to add garlic if you want to. I would recommend the classicPhilly cheese steak sandwich, the garlic parmesan chicken, and my husband's favorite the spicy BBQ with jalapeno peppers. I have a bad addiction to these sandwiches they give you a card that they Mark a point on for every sandwich that you buy when you buy six sandwiches you get one free. The people that work there takes the time to get your food right they usually keep a line,but they keep it moving pretty fast. I have never waited more than six or seven minutes for my sandwich. We ate here for the first time for lunch. The line was lengthy but the wait wasn't. They had food going fast. They do not have anything already prepared, which I liked. The cheese steak sandwich was delicious and so was the pepperoni cheese steak. They loaded the sandwich up to where it wouldn't even close! Not one bite didn't have meat on it. They have seasonings for their fries which I also liked. No boring fries here. The fries are made in the store and there's plenty of toppings to choose from for the fries and the sandwiches. They gave us a club card to buy sandwiches and get one free after 7. The staff y friendly and accommodating. Will be going back next week. Definitely...
