Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Chattanooga

You’re run of the mill grease pit? You ask sheepishly….Nah, this some sweet honey dew peanut wonderland. Shhhh! 🤫 I respectfully tell you ask you walk through that heavenly court past all the crickels and crackles of the salty neon jaggers of that bricked in and painted paradise. Shhh, I say, and you can hear them pompous peanuts drooling honey hush to the breasties and cloaking ‘em goldenly so just so the juice can frolic upon the buns a bit and lie down like summertime sun down with the quinacridone crimsons and ceruleans, I say that juice jussa lay down with out a care in the world and beyond and would you not believe what a thing they do….when they splice a fat parsnipity pickle all down on the juice and the joists and rejoice! The bun comes muscling over and under all tanned and neat just to tell you, ‘Now I told you boys’ (finishing with that gold tooth grin). I was in the chick-fil-a in Hamilton mall at Chattanooga, Tennessee. I was enjoying my afternoon about to give my order in line. In mind, Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food chain, my favorite food in fact.

After I place my order I go to pick it up, and I ask Valetta for for more sauce. She replies with there is sauce in your bag. I had got 2 meals and only 3 ranches in the bag. This wasn't going to be enough. She walks over with an attitude and hands me the sauce. Not even a "my pleasure" I was very disappointed in the service.

Later on I walk up to get a refill. The crowd was a little big and most of them were waiting for their orders. I walk up and I was the only person waiting for a refill. Many employees were just standing there. Including Valetta right in front of me. A lady walks up to the counter and also wanting a refill. My cup was in clear sight. She decides to only get the other lady's refill and not mine. I had to walk in line to get a refill. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at the location. I will not be considering going here again. I have been going to CFA for many years and my favorite place but I am not happy with the employees and negative...

Staff is always so friendly and really go out of their to make sure you're happy. Today mom and I were there, and her order was taking a little longer. Two other customers that ordered after my mom and got their food before my mom so I politely asked them how much longer it would be. It was really no problem really I just wanted to ask so my mom would have an idea. I think the manager on the other side overheard me asking and she proceeded to give us some cookies free of charge and apologized for our wait. Like I said it was really no big deal but the fact that they addressed it with such care was outstanding. We never have problems with our orders. Always right and...
