The customer service is not there for the consumer. I ordered online and picked up in the store. When I returned to my vehicle, I glanced at the bag. The two items were completely different in color and they were cheaper than the ones I purchased on line. When I went back into the store, I informed them of the wrong color and price. They couldn't find any information questioning me...why didn't I check it before I left the store? I gave them my card and it wasn't pulling it up...they questioned me it must not be the right card..I pulled up the information on my phone and it was the right card. I was then informed with online orders you have to wait twenty-four hours to return it.... If it wasn't the wrong price and color I get it...but she informed me she would overlook me not checking the bag before I left and overlook waiting twenty-four hours..... This was completely on Target not me. Sadly, I will not return to Target and will share this with friends and family. What happened to Target's outgoing and professional attitude? I should of not felt shamed by Target's error after error. Target is becoming just like Wal-mart...another retail store more concerned about the almighty dollar rather then ...
Read moreJust took a trip to Target at Northgate. It was actually depressing. Clothes all over the floor. Complete disarray and totally unorganized! The redesign is not logical. It was hard to find anything. Even the makeup section was so weird. The main isle cut right through it. Why? I don’t write reviews often nor do I shop at Target that often. But… I just had to share because it was shocking to me to see what’s happened to what once was a pleasant Target. The two employees I interacted with were so sweet. I felt bad for them. One girl was folding sweaters with a total retail mess all around her. She needed a team. I guess the reorganization tries to bring the Men into women’s spaces? Like putting the men’s clothes where the women’s workout section was? The reorganization makes 0 sense. And my guess is that it feels so unorganized that people don’t care. They just throw whatever is in their hand they decide they don’t want wherever. No matter who you cater to Target, I think that all people like order and clean and cute clothes (those...
Read moreVery disappointed with my most recent store pickup order at the Hixson, Tennessee location on TN HWY 153. I was hoping to bring home a new crib for my son this evening. Unfortunately, the store didn’t update their inventory, and when I got there I was told all 3 of the cribs (had substitutes setup) had sold out. I took my business across the street and got a crib off the shelf at a competitor. Will not trust this location going forward with online pickup orders. The inside of the store was just as you’d expect, boxes strewn everywhere, 10’s of folks lined up for self check out, no employees in sight to ask for assistance. The one item they did bring out to my car (a crib mattress) was carried, by hand, by a young lady who looked extremely uncomfortable, overworked, and had no buggy, help, or any equipment to move a mattress to someone’s car. It’s hard to believe Target would set their staff up to fail like that, 4 days before Christmas. The memory of this whole experience will make me think twice before I spend another...
