First and foremost, this place is one of the better ramen spots in town. IN MY OPINION it's better than Attack of the Tatsu and Two Ten Jack. However, there are some improvements to consider.
EDIT: The charred meat isn't an issue after having it a couple more times after the initial review. The meat is quite flavorful and while it looks burnt its actually tender.
2)The 100 Chicken Bun has a decent flavor and the chicken was cooked perfect (crispy and juicy). The bun however, was a real dissappointment. It was not that sofy pillowy texture and was large and flat! The texture was almost like day old bread. Again, it was delicious but the bun itself could use some tweaking.
The steamed dumplings were pretty mid but still edible and worthy of buying. They were a bit cold but once you dunk it in the HOT broth it's not too bad. If they could serve hot dumplings that'd be great.
The service was good. They were friendly and the food came out rather quickly. Their system could use a little work. You use your name but maybe a number system might work better or those guest pagers. They would walk around asking what your name is. Which really wasn't too bad but didn't seem very efficient.
Overall, this restaurant is one that has entered my top 5 for local ramen and I highly recommend trying!
There is also a couple different ways you can order. Either with the cashier, online, or in-store kiosk. I used the kiosk because...
Read moreMy wife food this place online and wanted to try it out. We got the I got the 100 Braised Beef Ramen and my wife got The Monster Poke bowl. We also got an order of the chicken skewers, beef skewers and Unagi (insert FRIENDS joke here). The chicken skewers were not bad but not something I would get again. The flavor was like it couldn't decide if it was sweet or savory. The beef skewers were much better. They leaned more to the savory with a hint of like a sweet teriyaki. Also the beef skewers are really good with yum yum sauce on them. The braised beef ramen was excellent. Light tasting broth, noodles cooked perfectly. The add ins of the bowl tasted fresh and had a nice crunch. The Monster Poke bowl my wife got she really enjoyed. Everything tasted fresh and was spot on with the cook. The Unagi was good. A little gelatinous but good flavor and the rice was excellent. Absolutely loved the pickles radishes that came with it. Great place to grab a quick lunch or easy laid back dinner if you're in the area. The servers were polite and helpful and the restaurant itself was very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely should give this...
Read moreI’ve tried a lot of ramen places over the years—some good, some forgettable—but this new spot has officially become my favorite. It just opened in the area, and I couldn’t be more excited to have it nearby. From the moment I walked in, I loved the atmosphere. It’s modern and clean but still cozy, with a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to sit and stay awhile. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for a new place still finding its rhythm. Now onto the ramen: absolutely incredible. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles had the perfect texture, and the toppings were fresh and generous. You can tell they really care about quality here. I tried the tonkotsu, and it was easily one of the best bowls I’ve had anywhere. If you're a ramen lover (or even just ramen-curious), do yourself a favor and check this place out. I’m already planning my next visit—and probably many...
