It was okay. The sushi was better than the hibachi, but husband said it was just okay. The potstickers sauce is white and I didn't care for it, but the potstickers themselves were good. The best thing was the crab Rangoon, you could actually taste crab when many places just taste like fried cream cheese. The drink options are bottled or boba teas. It feels like it's set up more for taking out than eating in. There are only 7 tables for 4, so it actually took us a couple tries to get there at a time that there was a table available, but they are new. The hibachi steak meat, I've had better tasting and quality, I got 100 sauce on mine and it was thick and oddly sweet. My son got chicken hibachi with teriyaki sauce and his was not sweet at all. They are similarly priced to soho across the street but soho does hibachi better. We were there for my husband to get sushi and people eating sushi there seemed satisfied with it. The hibachi veggie was chopped in large pieces so they were VERY aldante, it is not how I like it but others might. So all in all it was okay. Nothing bad, but nothing special. If it's hibachi you want stick with soho across the street, if you eat sushi give them a try but be prepared for it to be takeout. We might give them another go after they have been open longer and we are past the holidays.

I get spicy tuna roll anytime I get sushi and get a rotating flavor with it. We paired it with the Thai crab roll. The Thai crab roll was delicious! I wish I got a photo but my husband ate it before I got the chance (it was that good). The eel sauce wasn’t over powering, crab was perfect, and the roll was perfectly fried. We tried 2 sushi places while traveling through TN and this place definitely knocked the first one out no competition. The only down side was the spicy tuna roll, the filling was the tuna with what felt, tasted, and looked like sawdust. It was really hard to eat it. It was overpowering and really drowned out the tuna flavor. Normally there’s cucumber or another veggie in them from other locations but this was nothing we’ve had before. There was no description to warn us. But overall the staff was friendly, location was a bit uncomfortably hot inside (it was a 90°+ day to be fair), definitely prefer the ramen atmosphere more than this spot. We ended up sitting in the ramen restaurant.

I’m very impressed with the sushi here. Eaten it twice. Some of the best in Chattanooga. They don’t overload the roll with rice and the rice isn’t overcooked. Soy sauce is Japanese. Tempura was right on…nice light breading and just the right amount of sauce. They offer boba and hibachi too, but I haven’t tried them. Only downside is you can’t customize your orders. Want your boba less sweet? Can’t do it. Want a roll without masago? Can’t do it. The kiosk keeps it simple but then you can only get what they offer. Dine in atmosphere is clean and comfortable with good music. They bring your food on a tray to your table in to-go containers. So definitely closer to a fast food experience than a dine-in experience.

the owner is extremely unhelpful and rude. we placed an order and the transaction was pending but the order did not go through to their kiosk. we were told we “did not pay” even though there was obvious evidence that we did. the owner explained to us that we had to dispute it with the bank, which was not the case. he also tried to take our card and personal info so he could “contact us” if the transaction went through. he also took a phone call in the middle of his poor attempt at helping us and stood on the phone for several minutes before we decided to just walk out. will not be going back. the only redeemable workers in that establishment are the young ladies that work behind the counter. hopefully they get part of the $50 that was taken from us!

“real time transaction system” or not, we left because the gentleman, alleged owner, who was helping us stood on the phone for 5 or so minutes and we got sick of waiting. there was no attempt at any decent communication whatsoever. if the response to your inquiry about our payment was negative, then we should have been reimbursed. the money was taken from the account, which is what we stated and had proof of. there was no attempt at rectifying this issue and we were met with rude behavior and even accused of being broke. sorry excuse on how to...
