I've been meaning to write this review for a logn time! I've visited Frenchie's Flutes & Fleur's multiple times. Every visit is truly an amazing experience. This boutique is a must-visit in Chelan. It's a hidden gem - who can't resist shopping, chocolate, flowers, desserts, and champagne flights? (Yes - sip, shop - so fun!!). The most unwelcoming and rude experience. Employee was vacuuming out front a few minutes after opening so I asked if I could head inside. The employee rudely said they open at 11 so if it’s past then I could go inside. Walked around the entire store and not once did she check in despite me being the only people in the building. You don’t usually expect to walk in a nice boutique like this with a toddler and get such great attention and service! But Emmy was amazing and even took the time to play with and show my 2 year old where the fun toys for kids were. She was amazing and made my family feel welcome. The store is so beautifully decorated and there is so much to find. We will be back every time we visit...
