Local Myth Pizza — Restaurant in Chelan

I ordered a simple pizza floff the menu to go and sat in my truck infront of the shop. I was told 30 minutes and they would text me its ready. After 45 minuted I walked in asking maybe I gave the wrong # since they say they will text you when your order is ready and nobody was interested in checking they jjst repeated well text you. After another 30 minutes I notice its starting to get buzy and those people who came in 30 minutes after me were getting their pizzas so I go in again and a lady says we will text you when your pizza is ready without checking on my order. So back out to wait again now in into 90 minutes of sitting in my truck for a mythic pizza. After 15 more minutes go back in and say look its been almost 2 hours whats going on. One lady says they will text and another says finallyi she will go check. Well she comes out with a very cold pizza which had been ready for probably 90 minutes just sitting there. This was a test in patience but as 22 year law enforcement officer I sometimes get this type of service but didn't expect it here in Chelan. Anyway Mythic pizza, well it was cold and sogy so I didn't get to try it to see if it was as good as it could have been. It turned out to be a later than planned drive duevto my wait so on my way home i stopped in Wenatchee to get dinner on the road home. All this because the waitress were too busy talking and couldn't even remember I had been in there 3 or 4 times asking. To me its mind boggling but my eork ethic is different and even criminals deserve a little respect. Especially a paying customer should get a little attention when they think there is an obvious issue. I ate pizza from every pizza place in Chelan that week with mythic being my last and all others were a 30 minute wait with...

I hate doing this because it's a team effort at this business and my negative review is only due to the person who took my order. I have celiacs disease (aka allergic to gluten) I asked for a 10 inch gluten free pizza, I got my order and left although I guess I should have verified that it was in fact gluten free I didn't. I took two bite and immediately knew it was not. I will spend weeks if not months dealing with the the damage from this. I have to leave Chelan to go to the nearest place to get gluten resuce and prevent as much damage as I can. I won't go into details on the things that happen to me from this, but if I can survive not being hospitalized it will be short of a miracle. So I payed for a meal I can't eat, I'll spend weeks recovering and I have to leave back to Bellevue the same day I arrived. For those with gluten issues carry Gluten Rescue on you, I always have it, but I messed up this time. The best thing to do is make your own food if you have a gluten allergy, you really can't trust people to do their jobs anymore. Sad times. This was literally the worst service I ever had. I'm not one to complain and I usually tip very well (as someone that used to be a server) even if there are mistakes. However the service we got today was terrible! Not only did it take more than 5 mins for them to clear a table for 3 of us to eat but it also took them about another 5 to 10 minutes for them to even get us water. Mind you the place was DEAD. It's such a shame that my first time there I spent just $5 under $100 for 4 beers 2 small pizza's and a calzone and the worst service I ever received in my life. I really hate to leave this review as I have heard nothing but good about this place and it took me months to finally be able to get the pleasure of trying. But after today I can't find myself recommending this experience to any one. It killed me not leaving a tip. Yet after the entire TERRIBLE experience the lady that cashed us out took the receipt and automatically looked to see...
