Señor Frogs — Restaurant in Chelan

recently visited Senor Frogs and was appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff. From the moment we walked in, the bartender was incredibly rude and unwelcoming.

After taking our IDs, she walked them to the end of the bar and stared at them for a solid five minutes, then inexplicably handed them to a customer sitting at the bar. This bizarre behavior was followed by her returning our IDs and stating she wasn't comfortable accepting them. While it is within her right to refuse service, her attitude was unnecessarily snappy and hostile from the outset.

The entire interaction made it abundantly clear that she wanted us to leave before we even had a chance to sit down. Such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. If you value good service and a welcoming atmosphere, avoid this bar at all costs.

Oh and I can’t forget the awful smell, I was a care giver for 3 years, and it smells like a diaper. Do it’s clear the bar is not...

Been for dinner multiple times. No issues. Stopped in wanting to try the breakfast on Wednesday and was greeted very rudely by the female bartender. She was clearly upset we came in by her comment, "geez guys, already? I just opened, hold on!" They open at 9am and it was 9:08am i told her we didnt want drinks that we were curious about the breakfast. She said, "we got sandwiches and burritos what are you curious about?" I responded, "well, I'm curious if you feel like making breakfast since you clearly don't want our business" she again told us she just opened and we would have to wait. We told her to forget it and she continued to shout at us as we left. Cj's was closed, so we tried the coffee shop accross the street. We were greeted professionally and served very quickly and treated with dignity. Unlike Senor Frogs opener. Again, the evening staff were great! Burgers were fantastic, the wings are cooked to perfection. It was definitely a whole different establishment...

I came here on a Saturday night for drinks around 9 and stayed until about 11:30. I came in with a group of 6 and there was 1 table that fit all of us, and it happened to be empty. They weren't playing very good music so we paid money at the Jukebox thing and played music.The service was very fast and the drinks were really tasty! They had a water jug so people could come and get as much water as the wanted, which was nice. The DJ was taking forever to set up his booth and we just wanted to hear some music! He finally started, he played 3 good dancing songs, then he hit us with FOOTLOOSE! The dance floor definitely cleared after that.
