I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this store. As an Asian customer, I felt discriminated against and disrespected.

First, I brought in a gold necklace I had purchased at retail for over $400, and the owner offered only $50 for it—an unreasonably low and insulting price. I understand that reselling comes with margins, but this offer was clearly made in bad faith.

Second, when I asked him to evaluate another gold item, instead of giving a professional answer, he responded with extremely rude and personal comments. His attitude was aggressive and dismissive, and it became obvious that he held biased views.
