Ok. If you want to try their Korean food, then you shouldn't go when you are hungry or I strongly suggest go somewhere else. I am here to eat some Korean food. Hello, I am waiting about 50mins, but foods that I ordered are still not ready yet? And there are only two tables you guys have customers? Well, fine. I expected foods are good and delicious (since they are actually "MAKING" them). But guess what. A noodle comes out completely dried, for sure it wasn't delicious. Fried ones? Dark over fried and not fresh. Taste was just OK, but not worth it to wait an hour to eat them. There are many other places I can go and don't have to feel bad about the service. The owner comes out to explain why the food takes "FOREVER" to be served. She said because Korean food are not prepared. So every time when they take an order, they have to cut all the vegetables, meats and so on to cook the food. Then why do you have the menu which you do NOT prepare to serve? That does not make any sense, and hope you know that. Service was terrible, foods are just fine (never come back here tho, wasting my time to eat the unprofessional cooked food). Please think one more time if you want to...
Read moreWe order take- out here nearly every Sunday, delivering to Grandview Hospital. It has been wonderful, delivered hot and timely. Then on Labor Day weekend, the food was just horrible, unable to eat, overly cooked. All of us through it away. We figured there was another cook working the holiday. Well yesterday we tried again... I ordered Garlic Chicken, a dish I have raved over in the past. It was like eating mush. The carrots were cooked through, with no crunch at all. The onion and bell peppers were cooked to mush making the whole dish soggy and gross. There was no heat to it at all, I mean not at all ..no spice. I was in tears as I had payed almost 9 dollars and gave a 5 dollar tip for delivery, had no money left for vending and only worked 1/2 of my shift and was so hungry. My coworkers called the restaurant and reported the problem, something I never do as I'm afraid to get spit on food. However they agreed to bring me another freshly cooked order. This order came with great service, but was just as mushy as the first order and was thrown away. I'm not sure what happened to these 3 bad orders. But never again... was a good thing while...
Read moreOMG!!! My food was HORRIBLE!!! The worse Chinese food I've ever eaten. I ordered the Mongolian Beef with an order of Crab Angels. The Mongolian Beef was dry and overcooked (burnt). I've never (in my life) experienced dry Mongolian Beef. How can you mess up simple Beef and Onions??? I was totally befuddled!! Also, the Crab Angels were the worse as well. Crab Angels should be cooked in a light flaky crust. This crust was thick like a breaded doughnut and fried too hard to eat. The crab stuffing was tasty, but the crust was HORRIBLE!! This was my very first experience at Hunan Cuisine and it will DEFINITELY be my last. I should have recognized the signs......When I walked in to pick up my order at 8:00 pm that night, the entire restaurant was empty on a FRIDAY night, on HWY 280....that's a BIG NO-NO!! I truly wanted to turn around and walk out the door, but with my order being the only order they had, I took a chance and I was so disappointed with my food. :( By the way, I've never written a review before, this is my first, but I just had to forewarn any new customers. ...
