My fiancé and I went into the Purple Showroom in Cherry Hill a few months back. We were in the market for a new mattress, but were just starting the process. Nothing about our experience at Purple felt like we being pushed or sold on anything. Niara helped us find the mattress that best fit our needs but never once forced a transaction on us. We let the staff know that weren’t going to be purchasing anything that day and that we were just beginning our search for a new mattress. Niara took our information and emailed us a list of all the items we discussed in store, so we would have it if/when we were ready. She followed up with us the next day to let us know of an upcoming sale and what the updated price would be. We stayed in contact over the next few days and finally made a purchase within a week. Niara made sure we had all the information needed to make an informed decision and guaranteed that we got the best deal possible. We purchased a Queen Hybrid 3, Pillows, sheets, and a mattress cover in May and HIGHLY recommend. We will never go back to any other brand! Wow! I was blown away. I have chronic back, neck and L shoulder pain s/p repair to L shoulder and have purchased 2 mattresses and different pillows but still pain ensued. I am so impressed with Purple and the help of Linsey at Purple @ Cherry Hill I must share the great news! I know $10k seems like a lot but w/o the options for different support levels that my body needs (arthritis, age, peri-menopause, etc) I would NOT be living my life to it’s “fullest.” I think the power of prayer AND Purple PLUS Ancient Infusions circulation oil/cream has given me a NEW lease on LIFE!!! I can run 3 miles multiple times now and before I could barley walk up steps w/o needed to sit down. I am SO happy and grateful. My wife and I walked into the Cherry Hill Mall Purple store and was welcomed by Lina and Co- Workers Lina was so welcoming and so eager to share all information about purple , I was Wowed and super excited about this possible purchase, she was sooo friendly and informative , and at the same time she wasn't pushy. We explained to Lina that we were going to go have lunch and come back with a decision. We asked if there was a discount for disabled veterans and to our surprise she said absolutely. Well , we smiled told her , thank you and said we will go have lunch and talk 👄 it over. We definitely wanted a change in our nights sleep but because Lina made the information so informative and so pleasant we went back after lunch and purchased the purple. Thank you Lina for your patience and information and professionalism, we wanted to purchase 2 purple pillows but prices were 2 extreme, so maybe the company can give an insensitive when purchasing the mattress.
