CMA's Colonial Chevrolet — Local services in Chester

I just met the kindest man, Mr. Charles Marks of Colonial Chevrolet. Now, I must say I did not buy a car from him, but having been in the customer service industry myself, I know great customer service when I see it. I was returning from taking my son to school at ODU with a trailer attached to my vehicle when the pin somehow vanished into thin air and the trailer became unattached. We were forced to pull into the parking lot of Colonial Chevrolet located at the corner of Route1 and Route10. Mr. Marks came over to offer help. My husband and older son had left to walk to the Home Depot to purchase a new trailer hitch. Mr. Marks told me to call them and tell them not to bother. Mr. Marks went to his car, pulled out his personal trailer hitch and fixed the whole thing himself. All he asked in return was for us to bring back his hitch to him after we had finished using it. It is rare to find a kind and generous car salesman. If you are looking to purchase a car, you will not find a more trusting, and therefore predictably trustworthy, salesman than Mr. Charles Marks. I have a friend who is in the market for a Chevrolet Malibu and when she is ready, I will be seeing Mr. Charles Marks again. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Not only do you look for a good product, but you look for the service and hospitality of a hometown dealership. Colonial Chevrolet exceeds those expectations by far. From working with their online sales consultants to identify the vehicle i was looking for, the kindness of all their sales associates to my son and i, to working with Keith Wyatt my sales associate who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase, working through my trade in while keeping up conversation, and lastly Don and Dario from finance who not only helped me select the best rate and terms to fit my budget but even had a toy silverado for my son! This dealership exemplifies every aspect you would look for in a vehicle purchase. I always do my own services on my vehicles but I can genuinely say I will return to this dealership just to enjoy the rare experience of such professional and personal service.
