I was very disappointed with the customer service at this salon. I booked an appointment for an acrylic removal, new set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax, and reconfirmed this multiple times. Despite that, my technician forgot about my other services and sent me to check out after my manicure. When I mentioned this, I was asked to wait again before finally receiving my pedicure.

Additionally, I was quoted a price for my nails, only to be told afterward that I would be charged an extra $15 for “cat eye” polish—except a magnet wasn’t used, and the polish came from the glitter section, not the designated cat eye drawer.

What stood out most was the clear favoritism toward an influencer who came in for just a manicure. Staff assisted her in filming content, engaged in lengthy conversations about social media, and made sure she was well taken care of—while I, a paying customer scheduled for multiple services, was overlooked. The focus here seemed to be on content creation rather than providing good service to all clients.
