For a brand new business in this location this place is a joke with zero customer service. Despite their advertising to the contrary, they don't repair clocks, they hold them for a third party to possibly, maybe, someday work on them. I dropped off my antique wall clock for a repair estimate on 26 January. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I stopped by their store again on February 19th and was told by the manager that the owner would be in the following Monday and the manager promised to have the owner call the person they use for their clock repairs to get an estimate. I was assured he or the owner would call me Wednesday the 23d with an update. Wednesday came and went with no call so I stopped by the store for a third time on Saturday the 26th. My clock was still on the floor in their little storeroom, the manager had no idea what the status of the clock was or whether any of the things he promised me a week ago had been done. I have noticed the store for quite some time, but today I decided to bring a couple of items that needed repair and thought I would try it out while doing some grocery shopping. Overall I'm pleased. Took in a citizen eco drive to have capacitor replaced and water seal gaskets replaced. Took a while (3 weeks), though I was told the main repair guy was on vacation for a week. Asked to repair bezel because it is difficult to turn. They said they fixed it, but it is still difficult to turn to the point I can't tell if they did anything.
