All about the service, (mostly) not about the food. Don't go there if you're in any kind of a hurry. There was a woman in front of me with a little girl. Just the two of us in line, one register. It was clear that the woman had never been there before and didn't know what she wanted. The cashier was trying to be helpful but took forever explaining things ... then went and got a SECOND menu opened that up and started going over it with the lady while I stood there. And this was just to get the woman's order, much less the kid! After literally four or five minutes (which is forever when you're waiting on ONE PERSON in line) I tried to get the attention of another worker whose back was to me to see if I could get my order taken as there were two other registers available. Even with several progressively louder "Excuse me"s, she never turned around. The person still reviewing the menu with the other woman then said, "I'll be with you in a minute sir" - very condescending. If I didn't have an order to place for another person besides me I would have walked out. Finally a manager (I assume) came up and took my order at another register. I'm generally a patient person too. This was ridiculous ... and (particularly the cashier) acted like it was MY problem, not their service. The food was ok. Read moreMy daughter placed an online pick up order for her and her boyfriend. They are are sick with Covid and can not go out. I picked up the food and asked the girl behind the counter if there were drinks on the ticket. She picked up the receipt and said no drinks. I drop off the food to my daughter and she asks where her drinks are. I called the store and was rudely asked why I didn’t ask for the cups when I was there. I said that I asked for them and was told there were no drinks needed. I said that I would come back tomorrow but I am driving another 20 min back to the store, is there any compensation for the inconvenience. She put me on mute without saying hold on, came back to the phone and told me her manager said that they will give me the drinks but nothing else can be done. I asked for her name and the managers name and instead of giving them to me, I was hung up on. Very rude employees and disrespectful managers that don’t address the situation directly. Read moreBy far the worst run dinner service I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. There was a college team that choose to dine in more then likely impromptu. I can be sympathetic to that. However, the manager on duty thought it was a wise idea to bump every online order off her screen marking them ready for the customer. As you can imagine this created quite the bottle neck. Online orders where being made out of order resulting in several frustrated guest waiting for there food for well over 30 minutes while ready online orders sat cold. The two young team members couldn’t be bothered with customer service. I get the stress of being busy but that is your job to answer the questions of the guest attitude is not apart of the service. I waited for over 40 minutes for my online order that was marked ready 5 minutes after me placing it. I was never told anything other than that will be a minute. Truly disheartening.
