Very unprofessional and terrible customer service! The middle of January, I brought our 1 year old Bichon/Shitzu Theo, for grooming. When I picked him up they said he bites and if I wanted to continue grooming I’d need to bring him back in 4 weeks. In that amount of time he didn’t need grooming. I’m not spending $100 just to have him back when he didn’t need it. So I went into the store 2 weeks ago to book an appointment. When I walked in there were 2 employees behind the counter making cookies or what not while I stood waiting to be helped. When I said I was there to make an appointment, I was told there was a note in my account saying it had to be approved if I wanted Theo to come back. They called and said it wasn’t approved so could not come back. They went on to say they do not use muzzles and are a no stress environment. What work environment is no stress? And what dog doesn’t get nervous when about to get groomed? Theo is the sweetest 16lb dog that does not bite! He must have gotten nicked or wasn’t treated well to do whatever they said he did. He has gone to other groomers where he was completely fine. Why would he be fine there? We thought we’d try Treats Unleashed since it’s so close to our house. They will never have our business again and I’ll never recommend their services. Very disappointing to have...

I have been going here for a couple years now for grooming. I was called less than 24hrs prior to my appointment telling me they had to reschedule my appointment because the dog after mine was aggressive and they wouldn’t have enough time to do mine. I always have the store make my appts every 6 wks for several months in advance to ensure I get the day I need. I’ve never changed the type of appointment and they said THEY scheduled all of them wrong- they reschedule slightly shorter appointments than I regular make. Meaning, all my appointments had to be moved & I wouldn’t be able to get in for another two months or so if i needed the Saturday's. There was no other groomer available for a Saturday for several months. The associate was not apologetic or understanding in the inconvenience they have caused due to their mistake. Nothing additional was offered to me. I have spent a lot of $$ with the store and it’s extremely unfortunate their associates do not value their long-term customers. I will no longer...

I've been coming here since my chocolate lab was a puppy for self serve dog washes. I'm constantly impressed by the friendly staff. I recently started getting my his nails cut here and now I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Becca and Morris are both professional and perfectionists! My chocolate lab is ridiculously high energy and can be a bit exhausting but the team members and groomers always love on him. They remember his name and always give him treats and hugs. The fact that my dog can't wait to get a bath and nail trim says everything I need to know about their services. One team member even commented that they saw Hobbes on the schedule and couldn't wait to see his happy dance. Hobbes is a crazy goof but they make us feel loved and welcome every single visit.
