Called to inquire about converting a replacement phone from Asurion (no easy task either) & met w/very dismissive person who answered. Claimed that I was breaking up & I said please wait 7 times as I ran to my basement door for better reception. He hung up. No way I was disconnected b/c I heard him perfectly. I immediately called back. He again was evasive & was not receptive to me coming to Chesterfield store for help. Asked him how long it would take to update my replacement phone -he said, "It depends on how much stuff you have on ur phone." Then, I asked for approximate time wh/he reluctantly said it could be 20 minutes, or it could be 3 hours (really?). Then, I realize what he mumbled before he hung up on me about calling 611. On this second call he said I could call 611 & have them do this conversion on-line. Wasn't worth my time to drive up there for this person's dismissiveness, and lack of...

RE: Carlos hi, we are at your Chesterfield office right now. My husband and I received help from Carlos to set up 2 new cell phones, move information from the old cell and set up new phones. We are 80 and I especially struggle with working with my cell. Carlos was absolutely wonderful and totally attentive to step me through the parts to let me leave feeling as though I could use my new cell. I wanted to send this to you to acknowledge how his patience and repeated attention made this going to a new cell so easy and yes even special. Brian was a lifesaver with calm, patient and incredibly adept customer service as we three little old ladies descended upon him recently. I had called ahead to be sure we could get the new phone we wanted and get everything switched over so when we left the store we'd be ALL DONE. He assured me he was there for us, and it could all be done, so we made the long trip and were SO glad! Everything went smoothly and he even solved another techie mystery we had with my sister's email, so that was a pleasant bonus!
