Talbots — Local services in Chesterfield

I am finished trying to go to this location. This store is extremely fickle on the hours they choose to be open. They’re not reliable. I’ve driven here two different times and they’ve been closed, even though the posted hours says they should be open. Very, very frustrating! Have had to drive out of my way both times to find another location that is actually open....

They were awesome, Google said store closed at 7, so I thought I had time to shop leisurely when I entered at 5. I was still trying on clothes when the music turned off. Besides the selection being somewhat dated, the customer experience was terrible. Was not once, never greeted. No offer of assistance, nor provided a dressing room, not acknowledged as I left.
