Crumbl — Restaurant in Chesterfield

The staff at one time was top notch but in the past week. Not only have 8 employees walked out the general manager had also walked out. This is all due to the owner Amy. Her lack of concern for her employees safety is extremely unprofessional. Without any communication to management she haired two men not wearing uniform to install wiring and cameras outside of working hours. When these men arrived at the store after closing the manager said she had no knowledge of them coming and would not allow them in the building until she spoke with the owner. After speaking with the owner the manager was belittled by the owner saying it was no of her business who was coming in and out of her store. The manager asked for a better communication work environment. If this had been communicated beforehand no issues would have occurred. The owner then said the manager would need to stay alone with these two men until they completed their job. At that time it was already past hours she was due to be off work. The manager said she would not be able to stay with these two men until they was finished. The owner then informed her she either did it or she would be demoted from management. When running a store communication with your employees is key to success and since there has now been 8 employees walk out since Wednesday including the General Manager. After reading several reviews I think there's some big conflict between the owners\managers and the staff. I even witnessed 2 employees walking off the job during store hours.. I frequent this store and I have seen a major change! Almost half the staff are gone and the new people are not very friendly and do not adhere to the crumbl ways. I think that speaks for itself. The cookies have dropped in quality and taste they don't taste as fresh almost like a day old. This locations hours are not even the same as others for the weekend. I suggest you go to a different location to not be disappointed. I since have stopped visiting so frequently; however I was visiting a friend in KC and we got a box of cookies and it was a night and day difference experience not sure why my local store is...

So happy this location is open! I ordered on the app about 40 minutes ahead of when I wanted to pick up. I pressed "I'm here" on my app, and my cookies were boxed and brought to the pick up counter when my name was called. So easy!

Friday and Saturday nights are popular for crmbl, and there are wait times for certain cookies to be made. Ordering ahead of time is your best bet if you are wanting a certain flavor and don't want to have to wait for a batch to be made.

I'd been waiting for the waffle cookie to return. It does not disappoint. The sugar cookie packs a surprising punch of almond flavor. These are creative, very sweet, and large cookies. Just remember that a serving size is 1/4 of a cookie :)
