Today I walked in and just stood at the register while a tall skinny guy and girl talked abt random stuff behind the counter to the right of me. The only worker to actually acknowledge me was helping another guest & all he did was smile (which was more than the two to the right of me did, by far).
I stood there for a few minutes? While they talked legit right next to me. All I needed was a can of butane? And part of me wanted to leave because like dang.. am I like, that much trouble? I come here every time I need butane because they have the kind I like. Everytime it’s like this & I just feel like a burden on the workers (even though I legit just get one thing and it takes mere seconds).
The whole situation seemed very rushed. The tall skinny guy FINALLY came over to help me and he didn’t even really greet me? He just said “do you know what you’re looking for?” When I said I was just there for butane, he listed off prices for the type I wanted?? Instead of like, brands or anything else? And he was already walking away before I even answered. My answer to the prices was the brand I wanted, and I said I didn’t know the price. To that, he replied “it’s seven dollars” as if I should have like, known? Which begs the question, does he recognize me? And does he hate me? Cause I’m normally p quiet. So I have no idea why he’s so rude to me.
Another instance worth noting. I bought my rig here. It’s a nice rig, rly pretty. Good price. Checked legit all the boxes? Got it around November? But tomorrow I’ll have to go buy my 4th bowl for it. The first bowl came w the bong. It shattered when I started heating it up (it hadn’t even been a minute. The bowl wasn’t red or anything . Scared me a lot tbh) I went back and told the lady what happened a few day’s later? And she directed me to this one that’s $20 (that I had to buy a new top for).
Both of these $20 ones have broken in the process of smoking (like, as I’m abt to take a hit, the wax touching the glass has caused them to crack).
I’m hoping somewhere else carries the bowl type because I’m pretty done with the customer service at this place & the quality of product.
Which really sucks cause there are people here who seem to have a great time? Is it my fault? Should I initiate conversation more? When the workers are blantantly ignoring me, should I ask THEM how their day is going?

Read moreAfter not returning back for MONTHS because of poor customer service, we decided to try this place again. Again, we were met with poor customer service by the same employee Zack, after just simply asking questions about some of the products. The employee Zack seemed as if he was having a bad day and was very agitated. When we first walked in, we were asked what we were looking for and I said “a small pack of cones” I was pointed to only one brand of cones and then asked “did you just need the 1in and 1/4 ones?” I said, “I’m not sure, how big are they?” Zack then very rudely said, “They’re an inch and 1/4.” Obviously I knew that, but how hard is it to show me the box or the cones inside of the box? Then my fiancée was inquiring about some of the cigars. Zack was very short and did not want to answer any of his questions about them. We used to have great experiences with Bears and now it’s very frustrating to go in there especially when certain employees are working. Read moreI was flat out told by an employee that they were no longer stocking Candy King vape juice because the company was going out of business. Come to find out, this is a flat out lie. Another store in town stocks it and they are in no way going put of business. Why lie to your customers like that? Also a couple of times that I've been in there looking at mods and vape accessories, I've gotten employees that have no idea about the products that they are selling or what exactly they even have in stock. This is dangerous for a number of reasons. What happens when they sell someone the wrong thing and a vape explodes in their face? I'm sorry but I cannot deal with incompetent employees or employees that flat out lie and feed their customers false...
