I am absolutely disappointed and dislike leaving a negative review about a restaurant. We arrived at about 2:30 pm and was seated in the far corner to the right as you enter, we drove from Roxborough Park Co because we enjoyed the food the last time we were here that was a year ago. It took about 30 minutes to get some drinks and add another 30 minutes to get our order taken. Our appetizer was practically just dropped on the table and not even enough time to ask for our drinks to be refilled. It is my opinion that the server should ensure that their guests have what they need, whether it is drinks, water, chips, or salsa throughout the visit. I understand restaurants get busy but when every other table is getting what they need and you choose to ignore us because we are not regulars is not acceptable. Julio brought our bill and dropped the tray with candies on top of our chips that we were still eating. Probably because we complained to him about his poor service, then bringing a Michelada with excess salt more than the Tajín. Never had a shrimp cocktail with the tails on the shrimp. Who wants to keep sticking their fingers in their cocktail. Called a manager over and Julio stood next to him and chose to argue and raise his voice and make a scene. Manager just stood there and allowed him to yell. Manager walked away, he zero'd at our tab, that Julio just dropped on our table. As much as I know I would have enjoyed the food will not be returning. Was not looking for a free meal at all. Tipped the wonderful young lady that...

1st visit to this restaurant and I do plan to try again some day for breakfast maybe.

Atmosphere was good, busy at dinner hardly an empty table to be found

I recieved chips and salsa fairly quick and was surprised to have a dip bowl of refried beans as well. The salsa tatsed ok flavorwise the lime was strong. I was disappointed by the lack of tomatoes. I counted 4 small diced pieces and a few leaves of silantro. The salsa gets a 2 out of 5 because it was more of a soup. The beans get a 5 on taste and texture. I was absolutely thrilled by how well the beans tasted.

My main course was the Carne Asada with corn tortillas. My waiter Julio warned me the plate was hot and was a good waiter he was busy but quick to serve. The meat was extra thin for flank steak and colder than room temp, the rice was only warm where it touched the plate and the beans which were my favorite had shredded cheese melted on top and the cheese flavor was strong enough to drown out the beans. I was also surprised to find my corn tortillas were also cool.

The price for my meal was fair but the quality of my food was not. The roasted onion that was on top of my food did taste quite good. I could have had a few more of those.

Overall I felt like I came at a bad time. For the amout of patrons at this establishment and the attentitive staff I anticipate returning and having a...

My husband and I dined there for a late lunch on Saturday (never been there before) excited to try it. Anyway the atmosphere was lovely and quiet only a few cars in the parking lot and the place seemed clean. We were seated and someone brought us chips and salsa which was very nice. Our server came by to get our soft drink order and seemed pleasant enough, however never smiled at us. Then we waited quite a while for him to come back to get our order. Once our order was taken our food came out in about 15 minutes and that’s where ALL SERVICE ended. Our server NEVER came back once to see how our food was and if we would like a soda refil for a soda costing $3 something yes I would have liked to have a refill. Anyway we never seen him again until we had eaten our food and has no drinks and he only asked if w want a box and gave us our check! Very poor service. Then when he came with his machine to have us put our card in to pay for our lunch he stood OVER my husband and this is the most attention we got from him as he pointed out where my husband could select a tip option. We already knew we were only going to leave a couple dollars since we literally had no service but felt somewhat pressured with his standing over us. Very disappointing! Especially for a place we were excited to hopefully make a regular stop for us. The service...

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of dining at Hacienda Guadalajara in Cheyenne, Wyoming with my fiancé Moses and his moving buddy, Gilbert—and it was just what we needed after a long day on the road. The food came out fast, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup, and it was absolutely delicious—hearty, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. It really hit the spot. Moses and Gilbert both enjoyed their meals as well, and we left feeling full and satisfied. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly service that made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. Whether you’re passing through town or live nearby, this place is a gem for authentic Mexican food and a laid-back, cozy vibe. Thank you, Hacienda Guadalajara, for a great meal and a great memory. We’ll definitely stop by again next time we’re in Cheyenne!

Nice restaurant outside and inside. The services was good. First time I been to a Mexican restaurant that served beans with the chips and salsa, big plus in my opinion. I ordered the carnitas plate which was about $15 for the plate that included carnitas (chuncks of deep fried pork), beans, rice, guacamole and pico. I was thinking for $15 this has to be the greatest carnitas I will ever eat. Wasn't impressed. The rice was ok, the beans were good and I ordered flour tortillas and they gave me corn tortillas. The waiter was great he was on top of his service at all times not just with me but with his whole section. I would give this place another chance but wouldn't order the carnitas again which sucks because I love carnitas. Of course my home cooked carnitas are hard to beat...lol.
