Moshi Moshi hibachi express — Restaurant in Cheyenne

So the setup was different than we expected. You order from the food truck and then you can sit inside and eat, or take your food with you. We chose to sit inside. My kids ordered the hibachi chicken, I had the hibachi steak, and my husband ordered a different steak entrée (the name of which escapes me now), and we ordered a side of noodles. The portion sizes were generous, as none of us finished our meals, my steak was cooked medium rare as ordered and was exceptional. I was surprised that even with the low price of the meal, it included a drink. The food was very delicious and the shrimp sauce(some call it yellow sauce or yummy sauce based on region I think) was pretty decent. If we lived in Cheyenne, this would be a regular for us, but unfortunately we were far from home and just happened...
