I have been going to the B&R in Cheyenne for five years and today was the worst experience there I have ever had. I oredered a milkshake and when it was given to me it was not full and I pointed that out and was told they were having a hard time with the ice cream. If you pay for a gallon of gas you expect the entire gallon not just most of it. My milkshake was not full and the ice cream was hard excuse does not cut it. But they turned us away saying they now go by a piece of paper on the door that says 9–which is in tiny type so you can’t read it from the door. There were four of them just sitting around in there. Last few times we went they were more worried about door dash than customers in front of them and rarely have hot fudge or caramel in the hour before closing. You never see the same people twice in there which makes me think it must be a bad place to work. Probably won’t be...
