Golden Dragon International Groceries — Local services in Cheyenne

I have been coming here for the last 10 years or so to grab what I need for any Asian food I decide to cook at home. Up until this point I have never had a complaint. However today I went in and spent over $40 on a 25 pound bag of rice, some chili sauce, soy sauce and some sweet chili sauce. My bottles were bagged in one little bag and as I was walking out to my van, the bag ripped open and the glass bottle with my sweet chili sauce fell out. I went into let the owner know that there was broken glass outside. At which point he told me "I told you to be careful." The bottle did not break because I wasn't careful, the bottle broke because the bags were cheap. I went in to get another bottle of chili sauce, hoping they would tell me to go ahead and take it, but instead they waited for payment. Right then and there I decided that they would no longer receive my business. I also didn't buy the second bottle of sweet...

So, this was a treat. Cheyenne in general continues to amaze me, with stuff I'd never really expect to see there. Really wide selection of a lot of different stuff. Not all of it is familiar to me, but that's OK. I'm all about trying new stuff. Up your ramen game here, with flavors and spice combos you've never thought of. Really enjoyed talking to the owner, too. Mellow older guy, who helped us find different stuff. We drove up from Colorado, and we'll do it again to get more tasty...

It’s a real shame this place is so out of the way. If I hadn’t been looking for a really specific kind of spice and found it online, I probably never would have come across it.

It’s a nice little shop with a pretty wide variety of Asian food goods. If you’re looking for something authentic or niche, this is definitely the place to check out. Guy who runs the place is pretty nice, too. Definitely...
