Imma preface by saying I’m running on a bit of a social high right now. Most places I’ve gone (with exception of only this smoke shop) its been really really good vibes where I’m talking to the workers like were longtime friends.

They had a cornhusk-looking pipe and no one was around to ask about it, so i asked the lady at the counter behind me & she was like “i think its wood” And then went back to ignoring me

I kinda wondered around (because no one asked if i needed any help or offered support)

Found a room full of glass. Theres alot of doors on the product but idk that any of it is actually locked because some of them were ajar.

Mind you, at this point i have seen 5 or 6 workers and still not one has even asked if i was finding what i was looking for, before the room w the lady with all the glass.

Every question i asked her she tried her best to answer but even she seemed unwilling to like, actually show me anything of value. I didnt really have a price range in mind i was just wondering around and had a few hundred to spend.

I left with a single pipe, a chillum, and a roach clip (i did ask for screens but the lady didnt give me any). It was only like $40 and its not that they didnt have cool pieces, it was just that i felt i was being watched rather than being helped & I usually prefer more chill energy. I bought a few things that did catch my eye (and the chillum becos mine broke) and i peaced out.

Def lost out on about $400 more that i was willing to spend if i had legit so little encouraging (i did til like 18 because idk im stupid and clearly like to throw away money). I even kept asking about products i was actually interested in & the workers really did not seem keen on making it a sale, as they had no idea what i was asking...

Pluto Smoke Shop in Cheyenne is hands-down the best smoke shop I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean, organized, and inviting the space was. The ambiance is absolutely spectacular—truly a place you enjoy being in.

Brice was the team member who helped me, and I can’t say enough about the level of service he provided. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions with clarity and patience, and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. What really stood out was Brice’s initiative—he even took care of the drive-thru so his teammates could continue focusing on their work. That kind of teamwork and commitment is rare.

He also went the extra mile to help me find future products that I’m excited to come back and try. The shop itself is not only unique but incredibly well-maintained thanks to the amazing staff. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

I feel so bad, because it’s taken me so long to get a chance to leave this review, but I love Pluto’s and Drake is my favorite employee there! All the employees have been great and very welcoming. However, Drake is my favorite because he really took a lot of time to help me and teach me about the pod systems and the pros and cons of the different brands. I love the pod system he recommended so much that I know he knows what he’s talking about. And the other reason he is my favorite is, because he doesn’t make me feel like I’m asking too many questions or when I ask him to read off all the juice flavors, because I can’t see them, he doesn’t mind at all going the extra mile to help. So glad to have you guys in town now, especially because your pod systems and juices are for the most part the same as online, so I don’t feel like I have to go looking online for a better deal.
