Most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. In a rental, and the management company uses him as a vendor. The absolute worst communication and if you actually speak to someone, he has a million excuses. We have scheduled SIX appointments with this company. No called/no showed to the first two appointments, was over two hours late for the third appointment. Told us at that appointment that the dryer needed to be replaced. Again no called/no showed for the fourth and fifth appointments, again was over two hours late for the sixth appointment. Sent one guy to remove the broken dryer and replace with another one. My husband had to help his employee get the dryer out of the basement and bring the other one downstairs. Tried to use the replacement dryer after it was hooked up and this dryer doesn't work either. 8 weeks later still no working dryer and absolutely NO help from...

After 2 weeks of our ice maker on its last leg, I gave him a call. He came out next day, as I called at 4 something, and was on time, checked on what was going on, listened to my story of what it was doing, and found a solution quickly. It needed a new part to repair, and he was upfront and specific on cost, so we could decide to proceed with fixing or not. He had the new part ordered and installed a few days later, and he called me to reschedule a time to install. He really made himself available right away and provided great customer service. Everything has a 90 day guarantee on all parts and labor, though I doubt itll be needed. I will definitely reccomend him to others and will call on him again...
Read moreI called them to see if they worked on Samsung washer's, and they said they did. They said they could come out that very night at 5pm and look at my machine. They ordered the part and came back and put it in, but unfortunately this did not repair it, and would need a new board. But I have had this washer since 2009 so I darn sure got my monies worth. With my washer being so old they stopped making parts. So I ended up having to buy a new washer from Lowes. They picked up my new washer for me, delivered it, installed it and took my old one away. Dave the tech was very knowledgeable and kind! So if I had to give them a number from 1-10 I would give them an 11!
