My wife and I decided to try Hambones for the first time tonight and are we glad we did! We ordered for pickup using their website, which was very user friendly, neat and seamless!
We got a half pound of rib tips with hot bbq, 1 pound of boneless wings with mile high burner sauce, 10 hot wings and a large hand tossed Carnivore pizza. Everything was awesome!
The rib tips are super flavorful and smoky and the sauce has just a tiny kick to it. The boneless wings are super tender and the mile high burner sauce has nice big pieces of Jalapeños scattered about. The hot wings are your standard wings but they are good. Nice rich, buttery buffalo sauce. Same with the mile high burner sauce, which also happens to have a good vinegar punch to it.
The pizza has a great sauce that I really enjoyed and the cheese has a decent bake to it. All of the meats are nice and crispy & hearty. Good crust, nice chew and slight crisp. I also really like how the crispy cheese and toppings reach all the way to the edge of the crust!
Overall, we are super satisfied with Hambones Pizza! It is nice to have a good local place to give our money to instead of always going to the franchises. The man at the counter was also very friendly. And although we picked up, the inside of the store looks very tidy and nice, they have a large, easy to read menu on TVs and an additional TV. Can't wait to try some of the other menu items! Thank you for a delicious dinner! 😋🍕🍗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Read moreYou should listen to me when I talk to you about pizza because I'm from a place with the best pizza, New Jersey, obviously. This pizza is up to par with East coast pizza, and that means a number of things: The crust- from the crunch to the support it provides the slice, the crust was tasty, not too thick or thin. The cheese- full bodied, that's gotta be multiple types of cheeses in there. Melty, and just the right amount, not stingy. The toppings- I got chicken and BBQ sauce. Sometimes you get some pretty cheap toppings at pizza places but this chicken looked really good and the sauce had its own personality. I thought I'd regret forgetting to add pineapple, but I didn't. The other seasoning- everything was particularly fresh and melded well together.
Ok now the service- very kind, they were very busy with orders going out from before I arrived. I waited a while but it was worth the wait, and I probably could have ordered ahead online but I went in cuz I smelled authentic pizza from across the street.
The inside of the store- clean- not a lot of tables but no one else was in there on Friday night so it must not see much dine in. Some tvs and good 2000s hip hop hits were playing. The team obviously seemed to be having a good time working together and that made it a fun atmosphere. Prices are great on smaller pies and reasonable on larger sizes, when you get to adding many toppings it can get pricier.
Definitely my new favorite pizza...
Read moreThis place is SOOOO flippin good! I'm thrilled we got a flier in the mail today. We will definitely be regulars from now on. The custom salad was fresh and ultra tasty. The 2 pizzas were inhaled by all and delicious. The pepperoni rolls are excellent. Probably some of the best pizza & sides we've ever had EVER. Everything hot was still nice and toasty when I got it home too, which is wonderful. I also love that their boxes are sustainably sourced! As an ecofriendly (as much as possible) family, that is super wonderful to see.
If that weren't enough, their service is stellar. I tried to order on site but my coupon wasn't working, so I called. They were beyond friendly and helpful, giving the discounts from the flier easily over the phone and taking my order too. In person for my pick up, they were happy and kind too, eventhough the register fellow said they had been slammed and it was all hands on deck tonight. Other places in the same boat would've looked at me like an inconvenience after a long night, but not here. Im so happy they're in Cheyenne. From this 1 experience, I'd say they could easily become Cheyenne biggest and best pizza...
