A GREAT BIG FAT (((ZERO_STARS))) FOR THIS PLACE. First I like to say that your selection of skateboard products is pathetic at best in my opinion! But that is not my main issue with this place.
The only item we found in the store was a t-shirt for my son. No problems there since he liked the t-shirt. The issue I had was I told the guy who checked us out that I had to have a CREDIT CARD RECEIPT before he rang us up. He refused claiming it cost to much money for the paper and he was saving money by not printing one out for me. He flat out said he could not print one out for for me. He did give me a cheesy register receipt that had NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON IT. I am not totally sure but is there a Federal Law that a merchant has to provide the customer a CREDIT CARD RECEIPT when the customer requests one?
Hey Ernie November! If you are so cheap that you have to refuse printing a second credit card receipt when the customer requested it several times maybe you belong OUT OF BUSINESS in my opinion! That is just a sad and PATHETIC cheap excuse as far as I am concerned! Owe, don't even try your pathetic canned trash talk response to save face. In my opinion you are a sad excuse of a cheap skate company who is TO CHEAP TO SIMPLY PRINT A CREDIT CARD RECEIPT when asked for it by the customer! You belong OUT OF BUSINESS in my opinion if you have to pull that cheap trash to save money!
Owe, your response is as pathetic as your cheap skate method of saving money. I told you I wanted a credit card receipt BEFORE you rang us up. I do not care about you sad excuse of choosing no. Just more rhetoric on your part in my opinion. The cost of a second credit card receipt is MINIMAL at only a FRACTION of a cent compared to the profit you made on the one t-shirt. YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR SAD EXCUSE OF AN APOLOGY. BTW, the only thing long winded is your sad cheap skate method to save a FRACTION of a cent.

Read moreI have been going to Ernie's since I was a teenager 20 plus years ago, and I can tell you now that my son is a teenager it hasn't changed as our favorite music store. Keith is the only music store owner I know who not only knows music, but he knows all kinds of music. He also sets no preference to a genre and appreciates it all. He will also go above and beyond to get music for you and gives you a fair price for it. I have never been disappointed with a purchase. He always makes it a point to remember his customers by knowing what they like to listen to and know them by name, after all these years Ernie's has become a place in Cheyenne where you know your business is valued and your always welcome to stop in for any reason. I am sure with his other stores they will feel the same way that the community here in Cheyenne have about this store, if they don't already. Thank you Ernie November (Kieth and Staff) for always keeping it real, and giving all the misfits here a place to belong generation...
Read moreErnie's is a ridiculously cool, small, record shop. From where I live in Nebraska, it's the best record shop prior to hitting Denver. They've got a very diverse selection of new and used media and some of their stuff is amazing and very hard to find anymore. Sometimes the guys are a little aloof and "too cool for you", but generally once you start talking to them, they come back down off their high-horses and remember that just because we can't all work in an awesome shop like that, we can still be talked to on the same level. :-D Don't let that part keep you away, though. They're not jerks, just have a little bit of an "air" being put on at times. So bottom line - Go. Buy stuff. Love your new selections and then when you get paid next time, go back. Buy more stuff. You...
