Karli is the only person who has ever done my hair perfectly. She communicated so well to ensure that her and I were on the same page of what I wanted done - she even showed me colors she was thinking and asked which I liked best. She talked me through how to care for my hair after it was done.

I have a ton of hair, so the process of getting my hair done always takes hours. She worked on it tirelessly for hours, so that it would come out perfectly — and it DID come out perfectly! She even planned for when the color would fade, so that it would still look good for a long time after the purple color faded out of it.

Karli has a cozy place where it’s clear that you’re the center of her attention. You don’t have to compete for her attention, deal with noise or deal with mistakes because she is invested in you.
