I am extremely disappointed with this bank in general and this branch in particular. Their misinformation and absence of professionalism cost me $600.
I was a client of many major banks in the US, and Huntigton was the first bank that: 1) provided me with wrong information - (intentionally or unintentionally, this part I don't know) 2) did not acknowledge their mistake 3) never followed up with me on the case that I had to open 3 times.
More precisely, they had a promotion for $600 and the financial relationship banker Kassandra R. from this branch (intentionally or unintentionally) presented me wrong information about the terms of this promotion.
