Ok honestly such a relaxing atmosphere. Right as you walk in friendly face to welcome you in. You check in for the appointment and they have you fill out this template of what scalp type you believe you have and your request on pressure of your massage and what treatment you’ll be receiving and if you want to add anything extra. I thought this was great because they can read your card before they service you. Also it’s street parking, do not park in the lot next to them as that’s for another business. I parked across the street on the street. Ok so then my appointment was for the basic scalp treatment, I picked the most generic one just to get a feel for it, but yes t continue on my review it was honestly soooo relaxing!!! I typically like a nice torturous massage lbvs, but this was more relaxing and soothing. They have rooms with two beds and then they have rooms with one bed. They start the service with a sound bath which I actually really love in general anyway. Then an aroma to start your experience in the room, all like gentle scents nothing over powering. Your eyes are covered during the service and you get a brief massage on your neck arms and bottom half of your legs. A warm towel on your feet as your service is coming close to an end and then they also give a cute little back rub and that’s when you know your service is done. I forgot to mention they start you off with a super brief scalp analysis and then go to the room and when you leave the room they re-analyze your scalp and do a quick straight blow dry And use hair products. Oh and they also give you a like card to track how many times you’ve been and once you hit the seventh visit you’ll receive 50% off that service. I’ll definitely be booking my services for the future and try it all. I will say I don’t actually have a scalp issue I just wanted to experience it after one of my customers came by to tell me about this place, since I work in the neighborhood I wanted to try it out. The experience is truly a relaxing experience. Just that. This is what I wanted. If you’re looking for details or something specific, ask them. I cannot not stress it enough when receiving services if you have an expectation communicate that! That being said I will continue to book for a relaxing experience. A blow dry and style is not what they do go to a hair salon for that. Deep tissue massage, perhaps another place. Hot stone? Didn’t see that as an option so read the website and the description thoroughly and do not leave a bad review because your expectation was something they do...
