I went to this location and store for the first time about two weeks ago. Even though the sales associate preferred an appointment be given I was allowed to go into the store anyways. I needed to ask question in regards to their women’s sunglasses, he was accommodating, allowed me to try on a pair of sunglasses and even take a picture. The store was unique in its layout and the light fixtures gave a dimly lit feel that put you in mind of someone’s own personal bedroom with huge a closet. I love the sunglasses and the women’s fragrances are too die for and I am a huge fan. Unlike some other designer fragrances for women at a much lower price point, the travel size TF fragrances last a long time or for several hours. I probably visit again sometime in the future for a purchase of some more women fragrances or to order those sunglasses which were stylish and also very...

Get treated like a criminal. Bought some items included a small spray cologne. (FF) got back home and decided to open and use it. The sprayer did not work. Reached out to the store. I was told returns are not allowed after 14 days. Mind you this is Tom Ford. You would think they would back up their products. I explained that I a defective product. Different from a return. I was told there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told to text them a picture of it showing that I had not used it. I did , the bottle was full. Never heard back.
