I have the night monthly parking which I barely use due to working earlier hours. The attendant Jamond Brown is very hostile and combative which makes it difficult to get a resolution to any concern on site. I could never get away with behaving this way to any patrons at my employer and he shouldn't either. It's ardous to reach their customer service team due to the numbers for corporate listed disconnecting after 3 rings and a 24 hour turnaround for e-mail inquiries. A few of the older gentlemen are nice which is why I didn't rate this place as a 1. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! How ironic, the only other review for this location had the exact same thing happen to them. I was parked in this garage this past Saturday night and when I went to my car in the morning the back window was broken and the items in my center console were strewn all over the car. When I called the "customer service" number on the ticket they told me to file a police report and they were not liable. They wouldn't even waive the parking fee, since it did happen on their property and they had No cameras I thought that was the least they could do. I have a feeling this is either an inside job or the criminals know which garages to hit due to lack of security. There was NO sign of the hourly rate at the entrance when we pulled in. So I assumed the regular hourly rate as other garages in the area, my bad. Then for 3 hours parking on 4July, we got charged for 53 dollars. Not transparent for the charges. The direction for pedestrian exit was also not clear so the sign to download iParkit for favorable rates was not in sight.

The only good thing is the lady working on 4 July in the office was helpful.
