We used The Food Truck Hub for our wedding at the end of May, and we felt everything came together beautifully through this team! We had several calls with Jamie and Elena before our big day, and they were both extremely kind, patient, and helpful in listening to our vision and answering all the questions we had. There was a lot we just didn't know about with event planning, but Elena and Jamie especially were just so knowledgable with everything we asked about, and just so kind! We never felt like we were being a burden or had asked a "dumb" question. We also had a lot of unknowns going into our wedding day with everything being outdoors, but Jamie gave us so much helpful information and personal expertise that not only made us feel great about going into the big day, but ultimately gave us a beautiful wedding that our loved ones cannot stop going on and on about. Their catering recommendations were also phenomenal - we loved having the D&D Shack food trucks, and A Taste of the Philippines for our apps and desserts! Jamie also ended up being the lead event coordinator for the day of our wedding, and that was just the icing on top of the cake - he made sure everything ran as planned, and we are just so grateful for his kindness and talents he shared with us.
