A SCAM AND A RIP OFF! BUYER BEWARE.

Early Bird special, I got in 6am. Thought it would be $17. It turns out I would have had to stay until 1pm to get the discount. I paid $46 to park for two hours.

Although I admit that I should have read the rules more carefully, or perhaps asked more questions, I was in a bit of a hurry to park at the time, and did not believe it was possible that they would charge me MORE for staying LESS time.

I had wanted to park in Millennium Parking Garage, but I noticed there was a lot of activity going on near there due to the music festival going on today. I decided to look for an alternative parking area.

When we walked to Millennium Park, where we wanted to go, we noticed that the garage there was open, and wished we had just parked there.

When we got back to this parking garage (WMW) I inserted my ticket only to find the charge was $46 rather than the $17 I expected. I complained to the employee but she did what she was paid to do, which was to tell me that she doesn't make the rules and that's just the way it is.

I think had I asked to speak to a manager, perhaps I could have argued or negotiated, but probably not. It probably would have been akin to yelling at a brick wall.

So, I will charge this to experience and move on. But, F$@% YOU...

6'7" was high enough for my little car to fit it. I really enjoyed how they label the levels of the building to other places in the world. I'll post a picture it was entertaining. I was level 4 and in china but I forgot what level so I want to level 3 which was Canada. Just by listening to the music outside the elevator I knew this wasn't the floor. I checked anyway, I ended up going back into the elevator and went to the correct floor. It was entertaining. Only $16 is what I paid which isn't too bad for a Saturday night. I work in the area and park there very often. Vehicles get broken into all the time, even stolen. Unfortunately after a year my car was affected. I walked up to my car being broken into. If you have the choice please park somewhere else where there is security or at least cameras. It almost seems like the workers are in on it because after countless amounts of break-ins, nothing changed. The only cameras they have are at the entrance and exit. Garage is busy and full during the day with business associates but is pretty empty in the evenings which make it a target for thieves. Cancelled my monthly pass and never...
