Poor Execution of some great ideas! When you call, plan on holding 15-30 mins just to leave a message anyway! You might get a call back. CARD offers tons of great programs however the staff is uninformed and uneducated for the positions their put in. CARD has amazing facilities for the Chico Community. CARD has invested alot of monies into building the 20th Street Pickleball courts. The courts have been abandoned from any maintenance by CARD. The new courts are covered in spilled sticky liquids, tree sap and leaves adhered to the sap. Time and effort for court maintenance will be required or the new courts will not be playable. This one story building is set amongst older oak trees, green lawns and a well manicured landscape. Around the back of the building is a beautiful area with flowering rose bushes in various colors.
