Learning Express Toys Chico — Local services in Chico

My daughter spent nearly one hour putting her birthday box together in the store. Learning Express "misplaced" it. Every person I sent into this store to purchase something for my daughter's birthday was told the box was sold out. They are supposed to call if the box sells out - that never happened. The owner called and assured me the box sold out and was not misplaced. After opening her gifts, she did not receive a single item she chose for her box. This was disappointing to a 6-year-old who was really excited to do this birthday box thing.
