“I have given them multiple opportunities to make the situation right” I was in need of a simple zipper repair for an extremely expensive pair of sandals. It was returned to me caked with glue...when I expressed that they had ruined the sandals—and they obviously needed to be replaced, they then expressed they could try to fix them/ which ruined the color. Upon my last visit to pick them up to resolve this sandal debacle— I was greeted with a 20-ish year-old employee who was argumentative and rude— I asked multiple times to speak to the manager/or the owner/ she was dismissive. Ordered a hat in mid September, was told it would take 30 days to come in. Going into December now and I still have no idea where my hat is. I’ve called 3 times now and have been told the same thing.
