Platt Electric in Chico. Why do you refuse to be a resource and help for your customers? Their customer service is terrible. They refused to tell me any prices over the phone. They refused to tell me what they even had available. I asked the guy who answered the phone for the cost of standard Romex per foot and explained that I was going from a 100 amp transfer switch (which he told me to find online) to a 240 outlet. He said he couldn’t give me a quote. I then asked, “Just Ball Park it. For 10 feet should I expect $100 or $1,000?” He refused to even give me range with a $900 +/- variance.
