Video game giants — Local services in Chicopee

Tried to come here on 3 separate occasions over the past couple months during operating hours. Every time they are closed. I even called to confirm they were open at noon on a Saturday. They said “yes we close at 7” Between that call and the 10 min drive to get there the doors were locked and all lights were off. I see a similar negative review being replied to by the business siting “family emergency” and a passive aggressive “thanks for the bad review” I would not make this review if I didn’t JUST get off the phone with an employee stating they were in fact open. Even with the limited amount of retro game stores around I will not consider this business...

He’s never open I called yesterday 9/5 there open at 10:30 I walked they weren’t open…. I called twice he said He’ll be there by 11:00 I waited outside got me some pizza next door never showed up it was 12:00. Don’t get me Wrong stores amazing!!!
