Don't trust this store try to pull a fast one on me and sold me a used game as brand new at $64.79 the game comes in a hard back cover hiding the game in side NOT covered n plastic, for the new Xbox1 game The Witcher Wild Hunt 3, I didn't notice cause I had bought other games and noticed plastic on them an they have hardback covers also, didn't come to mind to check all, I wouldn't of noticed cause I bought a few other games so it would been awhile till I actually looked at it to open it. I was jus admiring my new game and that's when I noticed it didn't have plastic on it when I got to my house, I brought it to game stop attention and they replaced my game with one with plastic on it "(BUT I WAS ALMOST ASKED OUT)" cause what if game stop didn't believe me glad I found out with in the first 30 min of me jus buying it an I called them and told them bout it, DONT TRUST THIS STORE for cheating me out of my new game wasting my time, almost got me, and I heard other people in line complaining they needed to return cause something didn't work Stay Away I asked to give me a free game for their mistake an drama and I was declined or it I would give them a five star but they get a one star a no...

This is one of the most terrible GameStop I’ve ever been to. I went recently to do three items trade-ins and I’m assuming he was the manager and he was telling me that he was unable to do a trade-in for currency because they didn’t have any money so he was telling me to come later in the afternoon and then he will be able to do the trade-in value so I called another GameStop and the manager advised me that they could’ve just Venmo me the money so I went back and then the manager told me oh you must really need cash which wasn’t his concern. He was very rude. So once I advised him that I called another GameStop and they told me that he could just Venmo me the money instead of telling me to come back at later time, he wasn’t even knowledgeable about when it’s all said and done GameStop is a rip off and I do not recommend anybody going to the store the people they are rude and they don’t have any form of professionalism they should really...

Worst gamestop EVER!

I waited in line for over 3 hours at this GameStop for the Pokémon card release this morning, got a numbered ticket, and still walked away with nothing.

They handed out tickets to manage the crowd — but once inside, they ignored the ticket system completely. The staff split us into two checkout lines, and people behind me in line got all the Black Bolt ETBs just because their line moved faster.

When I asked the cashier, they admitted they weren't following ticket numbers at all. What’s the point of waiting in line or handing out tickets if the process is this disorganized and unfair?

I’ve been to other GameStop locations that handle this much better — one customer at a time, in proper order. This Chino location seriously needs better management and training. Completely...
