Poor customer service. Will not be coming back to this location. My experience was with Coordinator Aimee and Maria. Aimee was extremely rude. She looked at me up and down and then made no eye contact or friendly smile when I arrived at the register. I had a couple of items I had to return and one of items that I wanted to return was denied. I was told that I needed to go back to original location by Maria. I assured her that the item had been never been used and was bought as is but she did not believe me and repeated that I had to go back to original location of purchase. She and Aimee began to wrap the item (poorly) and then, Maria asked the question if all the glass bottles were in the container when I brought it in and I said no, but once again she did not believe me and asked Aimee instead. Aimee didn’t even remember because all she did when I gave her the item was tear up the paper. The worst part of this experience is that I was treated with disdain by both employees. I was able to return 2 out of the 3 items and each time that I was rang up for the return Aimee would press the bottom for the next customer to come up. It was so rude. At the end of my transactions, there was no “have a nice day” or anything. She proceeded to press the button for the next person in line and that’s it. Read moreOverall they have the worst customer service of all time. Particularly the Store Manager Terra. We bough Over $100 dollars from Marshalls store and forgot to bring the Cash Gift card with us so we went ahead and make a purchase with our credit card. Later we brought our Items back trying to return them and re-purchase it with our Cash Gift Card and Terra refused to do that for us and saying it's the store policy that don't allow them to do return and re-purchase. At this point we really don't understand why we cannot return and re-purchase products because we loved Marshalls products so much. We decided to just return all items instead because they don't let us re-purchase them (Not making any sense to not let customer make purchase to items). Eventually this Terra the manager opened all the seals of all our products and tell us it's been opened and used and will not let us return. I felt insulted and embarrassed because Terra Literally opened all the seals in front of us.

Bags were all over the floor on the left side of the store, piles of clothing were sitting over and under the hangars, and half of the phone cases i wanted to buy were stolen - the case wasn't there, but the box was. It didn't help that half of the makeup that they sold in the clearance section was just empty boxes, and when I tried to buy a picture frame it's stand was so unstable it was literally attached by a string and unusable.
